Ecobilan, "HQE partner", and the building sector

Involved beside the HQE association in France since its creation in 1996, Ecobilan has been making its expertise and evaluation tools available to many eco-building initiatives all around the world.

• Participated in AFNOR ad hoc working groups (NF P 01 010),
• Participated in the ATEQUE then GT04 and GT06 HQE for PUCA for assessing complete buildings and products,
• Evaluating many construction materials and products, in connection with environmental product declarations work for industrial federations, or even for specific buidling products manufacturers, in France and worldwide (Europe, US, Japan),
• Providing principal assistance support on various operations (schools, subway’s, urban transport management),
• Participating in many conferences on NF P 01 010 and the full assessment of buildings,
• Contributed to the development of BEES (Building for Environmental and Economic Sustainability) tool for the US DOE.
• Secretary of APEDEC, the professional association of experts for the development of eco-design,
