TEAM™ Bâtiment, an innovative tool

Selected sharing of information

TEAM™ Bâtiment has been designed for exchanging environmental and health declaration forms and building solutions between businesses (builders, construction material producers), or for responding to architecture calls for tenders. Each user may choose whether or not to share their product or solution with other TEAM™ Bâtiment users.

International dimension

A specific user level makes it possible to enter environmental product declarations freely. The information may be shared at international level and concern contracts outside of France, thanks to a multilingual interface (currently available in English, French, Spanish, German and Arabic), which instantly makes all of the information available in the language required.

ISO 14040 lifecycle analysis

TEAM™ Bâtiment enables a complete analysis of the building’s lifecycle, in accordance with ISO 14040 and ISO / TS 21931.

The tool offers summary practical information that can easily be used on the environmental impacts of the simulated solutions. It enables a comparative analysis that can be understood by all, notably thanks to benchmarking indicators for communication.

Immediate updates

Updates, which can be monitored transparently (upstream databases, classification, environmental and health declaration forms, etc.), are carried out in real time and accessible to all users.
