TEAM™ Bâtiment, a multifunction tool

Managing environmental declaration of building products forms
Public environmental declarations of building products (EPD) can be entered and stored in the tool in full. The forms may be sorted by category, and each EPD may be printed (restricted to the Life Cycle Inventory Data).
Automatic approximations by default
The missing data not provided by the environmental products declarations is covered by generic approximate data (relatively penalising since representing the most unfavourable scenario in the absence of any data collected, in accordance with ISO 14040 and NF P 01 010).
Evaluating building solutions for each user
Different levels of use based on personalised and confidential logins make it possible to evaluate specific building solutions for each user, in accordance with the respective confidentiality rules for the various construction players.
Calculating the building’s overall performance
The tool makes it possible to define any construction variants based on the measurements. In this way, the environmental and health declaration forms are weighted for the lifecycle information, including energy consumption levels, maintenance and end of life.
The tool is not intended to replace energy calculation tools.
Team™ bâtiment must be used in conjunction with an energy calculation tool.
TEAM™ Bâtiment is an instructive tool for raising awareness and training
With TEAM™ Bâtiment, architects, construction material producers and contract managers, become aware of the need for a quantified and multi-criteria evaluation in order to meet the requirements of a high environmental quality (HQE®) approach. The tool offers an easily understandable demonstration of the purpose and benefits of work carried out in the building sector and all the declarations made. Thanks to TEAM™ Bâtiment, you will be able to defend and demonstrate an environmental benefit when dealing with your contacts.
The findings obtained with these tools do not under any circumstances represent an appraisal replacing the expertise of the various players using it (architects, industrial construction players, engineers).
